Art has always been a significant part of my life. Many people know that I am passionate about it, however they have not seen much of my work. Recently I have taken more time to create art for personal rather than professional benefits. As I am nearing the end of my studies at Lesley University College of Art and Design I would like to share my personal progress in a professional way.

My Em·azing Portraits
Specialized portraits of people and their beloved family, friends, and pets.
Portraits have never been my strong suit. I always feared that my drawing wouldn't capture the person accurately, especially those that I know well. Lately, I have been doing portraits (upon request) for people in my life. Most of the portraits below are drawn from cherished photos belonging to people that I have met recently. For me, it is a great way to capture and represent the people who have entered my life. While they receive a drawing to represent the people they love and remember me as the artist. My recent work is a daily reminder that life is all about the people we spend our time with, and those people, we call family.

Along the development of my portraits, I began drawing pets to continue representing loved ones of people in my life. I believe that pets hold a piece of our hearts and are no doubt part of the family.
